Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Fallingwater” as a Gingerbread House on Steroids

  Gingerbread houses never looked this good! Forget using M&Ms, mini marshmallows, and gumdrops for the roof, Skittles for the window frames, and candy canes for the shutters. So  meh . For the annual Gingerbread House Festival in Orem, Utah, culinary artist Melodie Dearden and her friend Brenton, an architect, knocked it out of the park with their re-creation of Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Fallingwater. Getting to Know You: A Rogers & Hammerstein Tribute

There was a wonderful tribute on PBS to composer Richard Rodgers and lyricist Oscar Hammerstein, celebrating the 80th anniversary of their brilliant collaboration on "Oklahoma." Its unique blend of storytelling through song and dance was a groundbreaking moment in musical-theater history.
