Next came Shawn, the front of the house manager, who offered suggestions on what to order. "Lobster Newburg, we serve 30-40 of them a day. Best out of the shell preparation, saute é d fresh lobster meat in a sherry cream ..." As Shawn gave the recipe, his ebullie nce and passion were contagious. We ordered Oysters Rockefeller (Shawn mentioned that this was one of Anthony Bourdain 's favorites), Lobster Newburgh, and Seafood Oriecchetti with Scallops, Lobster, and Shrimp. All delicious.
