POUND RIDGE PAST will be present tomorrow at PR Pride Day!

          Reminder: Pound Ridge Pride Day is tomorrow (Sunday, May 20) on Westchester Avenue. Will be tons o-fun ... great music, food, laughter, gaiety and lots of local mirth.         I'll be signing books from 1-5 p.m.  (Do you have your second edition of Pound Ridge Past yet?) To the lucky winner at the recent Pound Ridge Library auction ... and you know who you are ... stop down and I'll sign the copy just for you.         If you can't make it to the festivities on the Avenue, contact me at poundridgepast@gmail.com or PM me on our POUND RIDGE PAST Facebook page. POUND RIDGE PAST @ Pound Ridge Pride Day

Pound Ridge is beautiful this time of year (I know, I know ... I say that for every season. But it's true. Seriously. Not. Kidding.) Come get your second edition of POUND RIDGE PAST: Remembrances of Our Townsfolk signed at Pound Ridge Pride Day sponsored by the Pound Ridge Partnership. My HuffPost piece on wearing black after May 1st was picked up by The Palm Beach Proper.   I looked at my chic mom and realized that she was far more fashionable than I'd ever be. Hungering with a Hankering? Come get a real "Taste of Pound Ridge"

What are you doing on Thursday night (May 3, 2012)?  If you're at all feeling hunger pangs at about  6 p.m., you'll want to come down to Scotts Corners for "Taste of Pound Ridge." As you nibble and sip your way through the evening, know that you're attendance supports the efforts of our wonderful Pound Ridge Library. I'll be teaming up with Mrs. Scones herself for a  real  "Taste of Pound Ridge" with our silent auction offering of a signed second edition copy of  Pound Ridge Past: Remembrances of Our Townsfolk  and a gift certificate for half-a-dozen most excellent and scrumptious Mrs. Scone's Scones.  (My recent favorite is her lavender/blueberry scone. To die for.)
