What is it about cats that make them so endearing?

I had a pesky flu bug the other day and my beloved kitty jumped up on the bed, came over to me ... and threw up.

Pet Peeve # 4,857: The Clash of Halloween & Christmas Decorations

While we are on the topic of ugly Christmas sweaters and letting it rip at your next holiday party ...

If you've decorated your house for the holidays, get rid of the pumpkins. I passed a brownstone in the city that still had the autumn motif going on the front step while a beautiful wreath hung on the front door.

People, it just isn't right. Part of life is accepting new chapters. This is called, "The December Holiday Chapter of the Year." Get with the program.

Lost, Yet Found

Lost Lipstick

As we go along in our busy days, don't forget to notice the little things. I found this lost tube of lipstick inspiring. 

First of all, what color is it? Poppy Pink? Amaryllis Rose?

Second of all, did the person who owned it know that the tube slipped out of her purse and then panic when the meal was over and she didn't have her lipstick? 

Also, what happened to the tube that it is crushed on one side?  And where is the top?

I challenge you to find it.
